Sanaz founded Lead Your Life in 2018, bringing over 15 years of experience in disability and community services. With an MBA and a Bachelor of Accounting, she combines strategic leadership with a deep understanding of operational excellence and financial transparency.
Her previous work with Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) shaped her commitment to integrated, person-centred care. Sanaz leads with purpose — building a service where Participants feel empowered, supported, and truly understood.
