Lead Your Life is an Office of the Children’s Guardian (OCG) recognised Child Safe Organisation. As a provider of Specialised Substitute Residential Care (SSRC), Lead Your Life is dedicated to ensuring services adapt to the needs of Children and Young People.
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward child abuse and are committed to treating all allegations and safety concerns seriously, in accordance with federal and state legislative requirements. We take all aspects of supporting children very seriously. As a provider of NDIS supports to Children and young people, Lead Your Life has legal responsibilities to ensure that the relevant authorities are contacted when we are worried about a Child’s safety. Our commitment to identifying Child abuse risks early, and assessing and removing these risks is underpinned by our robust policies and procedures.
Lead Your Life is committed to extensively training staff and volunteers on Child abuse risks and have specific policies, procedures, and training mechanisms in place that support our leadership team, staff, and volunteers to understand and achieve these commitments.
