Who we are

Lead Your Life has been supporting NDIS Participants across Sydney since 2018. We’re a local provider with a simple goal: to deliver support that fits the person — not the other way around. Our support workers are guided by a responsive, front-line management team who know your plan, understand your goals, and are always ready to help when things change.. We believe that the right support should feel natural, consistent, and empowering. With a leadership team grounded in disability support, psychology, and business & project management, we know how to keep things running smoothly — even when life changes. We work closely with families, guardians, therapists, and support coordinators to ensure services are connected, communication is clear, and Participants feel safe, respected, and in control.
